Professor of Interactive Design and Game Development (Game - Real-time lighting/Art Direction)

SCAD Savannah seeks a full-time professor of interactive design and game development, with a specialty in real-time lighting and art direction, to instruct and inspire remarkable students as they reach their career goals.

The successful candidate is experienced in real-time lighting and art direction within game development or related industries. The ability to impart production insights while working with agile development methodologies is essential, and the candidate should also be familiar with technical art pipelines. Experience mentoring or teaching new talent in the production of memorable, virtual environments is also vital.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proficient with Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop
- Professional experience in visual art and design production

Preferred Qualifications:

- University-level teaching experience, especially with online coursework development
