Enrollment Records Specialist

The enrollment records specialist is responsible for handling all aspects of the checklisting, receiving/delivering mail, and redirecting mail to the correct departments as needed. The specialist will scan materials belonging to an applicant or prospective student to the appropriate adviser or database. In this position you will be responsible for officiating international documents, querying submitted prospects monthly, searching for documents that advisers are unable to locate, and maintaining file integrity. The enrollment records specialist is expected to participate in scheduled activities for events and to act as a backup receptionist as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree
  • Essential computer and organizational skills to provide administrative reports
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:Valid driver's license

Travel required: Less than 10%

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
