SCADpro is the Savannah College of Art & Design's collaborative design studio that generates business solutions for the world's most influential brands. SCAD is seeking an experienced Account Lead to manage and facilitate the development of brand innovation partnerships for SCADpro, specifically for market sectors including management consulting, industrial automation, machinery, industrial engineering, health and wellness, healthcare, utilities, logistics and supply chain. The Account Lead will handle multiple accounts and will be responsible for an annual book of business supporting our broader financial goals and commitments.

The successful candidate has a bias for action, is results-oriented, assertive, and exhibits stellar communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Providing feedback and insights with leadership and faculty, as well as coordinating and hosting partners are key functionalities of the role. Organized and highly detailed, the ideal candidate excels at soliciting and pursuing potential brand partners, can also manage complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and can deliver spectacular professional presentations. Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills and a knack for creative and adaptive problem solving is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Three to five years of management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Significant sales experience that includes partnership management and market research, as well as a proven track record of obtaining and closing large deals

Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid driver's license

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
