Benefits Coordinator

As a benefits coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the human resources (HR) system to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. To accomplish this, you will auditing all enrollment and benefits-related forms. You will conduct new hire benefits sessions for U.S. locations, support the tuition-benefit program for employees and dependents, and prepare new employee benefits packets for faculty and staff orientation. You will respond to benefits and retirement inquiries from managers and employees and will be responsible for maintaining employee Xtender files for benefits documentation. Among other duties, you will also assist with the open enrollment process, support the Healthy by Design wellness program, and help employees with benefits claim issues and plan changes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant discipline
  • Two to three years of related professional experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
