UVA Engineering is made up of 8 departments and 1 center representing research and teaching areas in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Science, Technology and Society, and Applied Mathematics.
