The Family and Community Health (FCH) Department in the School of Nursing seeks candidates for an associated faculty position on the non-tenure practice track in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program. We invite individuals prepared at the doctoral level (PhD or DNP) to apply to the Associated Faculty (practice track at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor).
Our Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program prepares students to provide collaborative, comprehensive care to that meets patients' needs, and emerge as clinical and professional leaders with expertise in physical assessment and pathophysiology, health maintenance, and the management of common acute and chronic health problem. Our approach, across all health care settings, is based on a thorough assessment and integration of the social determinants of health.
