Job Description Summary
Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt
Primary responsibilities include:
Perform general project related tasks
Assist in preparing information and research materials, including Spanish translations.
Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports
Manage databases and input information, data, and records
Assist with participant follow up, including recruitment and retention activities
Customer/participant service: phone calls, emails, maintaining calendar
Provide control education and/or intervention quality checks
Meet regularly (bi-weekly) and as needed with study team to ensure study progress

Must be fluent in Spanish. Must be proficient with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, office and database management.
