Platt House is a vibrant space dedicated to extracurricular student performing arts organizations at the University of Pennsylvania. Platt House staff support student performers through inclusive programming, technical training, space needs, career mentoring, and organizational structures.

The Platt House Administrative Coordinator will support the administrative functions of Platt Student Performing Arts House to help us best serve the needs of our student artists, alumni, friends, and colleagues. The Administrative Coordinator duties will include managing Platt House's front desk (including phone, email, and message management; greetings and tours; and check ins and giveaways); space management (including signage, work orders, organization and appearance, and maintenance of kitchen, copy room, rehearsal room, and shared spaces); work study supervision (including assisting in managing work study tasks, schedule, and evaluation); scheduling (including group meetings and outside appointments when needed; financial assistance (including organizing and processing receipts and purchase order requests and following up on outstanding financial issues); event management (including assisting with planning, logistics, food ordering, and photo management); and general support for lost and found, marketing, reservations, keys, and photos.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with diverse populations, knowledge of microsoft office and excel applications. Experience in a college or arts setting is preferred.
