The Diagnostic Pathology Service at New Bolton Center (NBC), Department of Pathobiology, University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine

invites applicants with interest and experience in domestic and wild/exotic mammalian and avian pathology for a lecturer position in Anatomic Pathology. This Lecturer in Anatomic Pathology is expected to provide skillful interpretation of lesions in a wide range of animal species including domestic livestock (horses, cattle, small ruminants, camelids, poultry), companion animals (dogs, cats), laboratory animals, zoo animals, and wildlife species in collaboration with the Penn Vet Wildlife Futures Program. The position also involves clinical training of veterinary and postdoctoral students in diagnostic pathology.

The Anatomic Pathology Service at NBC is located on a beautiful pastoral campus in Kennett Square, PA. The laborator is integrated with the Pennsylvania Animal Diagnostic Laboratory System (PADLS), a tripartite animal diagnostic laboratory system funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and accredited by the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnostics (AAVLD). In addition to providing diagnostic services for Penn Vet's New Bolton Center hospital, the PADLS laboratory services the agricultural community and Game Commission in Pennsylvania, as well surrounding states.
