Job Description Summary
Reporting to the University Life Senior Leadership Team, the Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support and project management to the University Life team. This position will engage in a wide range of activities including budget management, administrative support, interaction with students, faculty, and staff on campus.

This is a temporary role.


Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining multiple calendars
  • Supporting University Life team by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and workshops
  • Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure
  • Answering questions and finding information for students and staff
  • Greeting visitors and meeting attendees
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


High school diploma or equivalent required, BA/BS preferred plus 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous experience managing calendars, preferably using Outlook; strong organizational skills; strong computer skills; excellent customer services skills; strong oral and written communications skills; experience working with or willingness to learn project management tools and methods preferred. Creativity and strong problem-solving skills preferred.

Budgeted Pay Range:

$22 - $25/hr, commensurate with education and experience
