Lipman Family Prize Program Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Lipman Family Prize, this position performs complex and confidential administrative and programmatic functions for the McNulty Leadership Program. The program manager will help manage the Lipman Family Prize selection process with a primary focus on the post-awarding process including managing the relationships and partnership benefits for the honoree community. The program manager will provide oversight and coordination of the Lipman honorees' non-monetary benefit opportunities, manage event planning details for honoree community gatherings, co-create a social media strategy for the Prize, and participate in the program oversight of the Lipman Fellows program and annual prize selection process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with multicultural stakeholders
  • Project management or event management experience
  • Ability to juggle and manage multiple tasks and prioritize between key deliverables
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
