Job Description
Lauder tutors will provide language practice to Lauder students, as mentioned by Lauder language faculty. These practice sessions are aimed to improve the spoken abilities of the students. Lauder tutors are not to design and conduct any form of non-spoken language practice and are to follow the recommendations of the Lauder language faculty. The practice sessions are to be scheduled at mutually convenient times with the student.
Lauder language tutors should be native educated speakers of the target language. Graduate degree and experience teaching/tutoring the target language is required. All Lauder tutors should have the approval of the respective Lauder Language faculty. Familiarity with the ACTFL OPI guidelines is preferred.
