Job Description
Providing an array of reception services in highly customer service oriented manner which includes but us not limited to scheduling of treatments for targeted daily goals, appointment book controls, collection and data entry of patient related information, presentation and collection of treatment fees. It involves registrations and discharging the clients and ensuring that the proper charges are posted and that the correct payments are applied. It also requires being able to communicate effectively with staff and clinicians. Must exercise independent judgment in assessing questions and concerns raised by patients and with consultation, implement action to support the provision of health care. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, reports, online provider appointment schedules and miscellaneous information.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED Required, with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Weekly Schedule:
Up to 37.5 hours/week
Flexible schedule and available to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays,
M-T-W 8:00am-7:00pm; Th-F-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm
