Position Summary
As an executive coordinator in this position, a large part of your job will be to keep the executive client organized and on schedule. Duties and responsibilities

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Duties and responsibilities
- % - Duties may vary and other duties may be assigned. • Manage day-to-day operations of President's schedule • Prepare briefing material and talking points for upcoming meetings, events, interviews, etc. • Prepare detailed trip itineraries including car reservations, meal reservations, hotel reservations, meetings, etc. • Drive the President to class observations, appointments, events, etc. • Attend meetings, record notes and ensure follow-up • Assist with and support execution of presidential initiatives • Attend all SCAD signature events, as requested • Submit purchase requisitions for all invoices • Coordinate the President's personal schedule with the office schedule • Travel as needed to accompany president • Procure and/or process invoices for payment in a timely manner • Make corporate purchases, as well as the president's personal purchases, in a responsible manner and submit receipts and expense reports in an appropriate and timely fashion - (Essential)
