The enrollment records specialist will assist with the coding of undergraduate, Rising Star, graduate, and international acceptances and scholarships across all locations by reviewing letters for content and accuracy, editing them as needed, and delivering them for mailing. You may periodically assist with electronically indexing scholarship letters into recipient files, managing Slideroom reports for portfolio review and scoring, and logging enrollment fees for new students and processing alumni fee waivers. Responsibilities include processing changes made to students' application information, assisting with the overall mail process, moving applications to the appropriate adviser file and entering data into the database, and participating in special events as needed.
