As the coordinator for SCADamp, you will assist staff with professional communication workshops, events, and coaching through technical support and implementation. In this role you will proactively develop project timelines, status updates, and result reports while coordinating with SCADamp staff to ensure appropriate resources are available and functioning properly. You must maintain accurate records, work to organize and streamline processes, and maintain accurate archives of all SCADamp activities for accreditation and institutional assessment purposes.
In addition to assisting with data tracking and analysis, the coordinator will also maintain inventory of SCADamp resources and ensure optimal functioning and use.As the coordinator you will participate in engagements and ensure your knowledge is up-to-date on the latest presentation software and technology solutions.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, project management, or a related field with at least one year of related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse student, alumni, faculty, and staff population
- Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail and exceptional work ethic to meet expectations and deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player with experience working within an innovative, fast-moving, and professional environment
- Advanced experience using presentation and videoconferencing technology solutions, such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, Zoom, Go-to-Meeting, telepresence robots, etc.
