As the procurement coordinator, you will oversee managing all of SCAD's buildings utility payment processes and will be expected to understand all functional aspects of the expense management system to troubleshoot problems that may arise. You will support the e-commerce system by managing maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. In this role you will also manage the SprinTax process for non-resident taxation payments. Responsibilities include managing order and reconciliation processes for multiple corporate credit cards each month, communicating with vendors and end users to resolve problems and follow up on orders, and liaising with physical resources to administer utilities accounts with all the corresponding requirements.
In the position of procurement coordinator, you will set up new vendor accounts in the systems; ensure accurate forms are received and verified properly; manage testing processes for system upgrades; and assist with corporate card orders, activations, closures, and limit adjustments. You will be expected to cross-train with other coordinators to ensure proper workflow is maintained during scheduled vacations or emergencies.

Travel Required:
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Ability to multitask, must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
