The recruitment logistics coordinator will work with other university teams to build recruitment presentations for schools, workshops, conferences, and college fairs and will then serve as a liaison between the admission representative and educator/counselor at targeted schools. The coordinator reaches out on behalf of admission representatives to schedule these visits. In the instance of non-responders, you will communicate their needs to escalate attempts as appropriate, collaborating with the educator outreach team and other key members of the admission team to secure visits. Likewise, you will work with these key members to ensure adequate coverage at all scheduled admission events.
The logistics coordinator will work with admission representatives to schedule recruitment trips and create calendars, manage admission mail, and communicate observations and insights to the recruitment management team based on observations with key educators and counselors. The coordinator's responsibilities include maintaining accurate data, ensuring names and contact information is up to date for educators, researching new contacts, and planning and organizing information sessions for assigned regions, promoting them through visit posters. In this position, you will identify communication opportunities to attract students to exceed enrollment goals, participate in LivePerson meetings and special events with prospective students, and perform other duties as required.

Travel: Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
