Human Resources Analyst

As the human resources analyst, your responsibilities will include interpreting data to provide insights, making recommendations, tracking trends, and providing reports to support HR decision-making processes. In this position, you will create and present operational metric dashboards and reports supporting human resources, perform industry research, formulate conclusions, and provide summary analysis and interpretation of data related to all areas regularly. Responsibilities include performing predictive analytics; managing dashboards and reports on a variety of subjects such as retention rates; and collaborating with finance, institutional effectiveness, and institutional research departments to respond to internal requests for HR. Additionally, you will create and manage report archives for responsive historic reporting, data integrity, and record keeping.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree

• Solid understanding of human resources metrics, practices, reporting techniques, and processes with a familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS

• Strong analytical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and data visualization

• Ability to work with large datasets, identify challenges, and propose data-driven solutions

• Proven accuracy and attention to detail with success in roles that require discretion and confidentiality

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours to accommodate business needs, including weekends and evenings.
