PART-TIME VISITING LECTURER IN FEMINIST, GENDER AND SEXUALITY STUDIES

Scripps College, a women's liberal arts college with a strong interdisciplinary tradition, invites applications for a non-tenure-track, part-time position as Visiting Lecturer to teach in the Department of Feminist, Gender and Sexuality Studies during Fall 2023. The Department seeks applications from candidates with demonstrated expertise and experience in teaching courses through an antiracist, intersectional, and/or transnational feminist, queer, and trans- lens. The successful candidate will teach the introductory course, FGSS 26, as two separate classes. We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education to teach these courses. This is a non-renewable position.

The salary for this position will range from $16,200 to $18,000 and will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
