Job Description Summary
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Gifts Accounting, Administration and Records under limited supervision. Responsible for all aspects of document imaging and works collaboratively with schools and centers on imaging needs and projects. Responsible for ensuring imaging policies and procedures are maintained. This position works directly with Gift Administrators, DAR staff, ISC and IT. In addition, this position performs various Record and Gift functions including online giving, checklist requests, school & center visits, and assists with updating constituent records as needed.

Job Description

Specific Duties:

Fully responsible for training temporary workers as needed

Provides high level document imaging expertise and support along with project management and coordination to the Schools and Centers.

Responsible for all technical aspects of OnBase software and tools for the most efficient and accurate document imaging needs. Attends training and conferences when applicable.

Applications include PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Works closely with Archives Office.

Establishes imaging procedures and policies.

Assist with routine daily responsibilities of DAR Record, excellent customer service, must be punctual and demonstrate initiative.

Performs gift processing during peak periods and as needed.

Required to work Alumni Weekend, Winter Break and when needed Homecoming.

The work hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and 5 years' experience in related functions, preferably in development and alumni relations or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree desirable.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Highly organized and detail-oriented with high level of initiative, commitment to follow through, and willingness to assume responsibility. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize projects in a timely, effective manner. Ability to handle high volumes of work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and encourage others to collaborate. Enthusiasm for providing the highest level of service. Must demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse group of alumni, development officers and other workers, and other professionals. Must be able to manage multiple daily tasks while working quickly, accurately, and independently.

Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relational databases functionality.
