Job Description Summary
Wharton People Analytics is hiring a temporary People Lab Operations Coordinator. The role supports a range of activities central to the day-to-day and strategic operations of People Lab. Reporting to the People Lab Director, the Operations Coordinator will work primarily on the communications that inform and facilitate user experiences across assessments hosted in the People Lab platform. This includes working with proctors for roster management, managing invitations to users, managing invitations to evaluators, and fielding all questions from users. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the copy editing, and maintaining the People Lab platform as new assessments, new content, and new users are added. The People Lab platform is a constantly evolving product; in concert with the People Lab Director, the Operations Coordinator will support the ongoing project and product management of the People Lab platform. People Lab ( https://peoplelab.wharton.upenn.edu/ ) is a web-based application that facilitates individual assessments and access to educational resources that support the Wharton People Analytics research agenda, and individual student development in partnership with the McNulty Leadership Program.

Job Description
The ideal candidate has strong skills in written and verbal communication, working with and editing content on web-based programs, as well as project management. Comfort using and learning new technologies is expected. The candidate should also be superbly organized, exude an eagerness to learn, and collaborate well with a diverse group of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external organizations. A Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience required, 3-5 years preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
