The temporary staff / administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for a thriving, complex department. The Assistant will primarily support the Radiation Oncology administrative offices with a variety of tasks including: scheduling, ordering supplies, submitting facilities and IS tickets, taking meeting minutes, sending out email communications, assist with organizing events, and helping to prepare presentations. Candidate must be proficient in Office products. Position is fully onsite (not remote).

The successful Administrative Assistant will be professional, with an eagerness and willingness to help throughout the department when needed. The individual must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or Two Year College equivalent required; strong communication skills with a proficiency in using MS Office products; strong organizational skills; ability to communicate clearly and with confidence ; ability to problem solve, think critically, creatively, and shift priorities swiftly; work independently, and seek out solutions individually as needed
