Job Description Summary
Under limited supervision, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) Accreditation Renewal Self-Study Project Manager provides complex project management support requiring systems thinking and attention to detail for the Accreditation Self-Study Steering Committee as well as the Self-Study Working Groups. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating a document repository for the Self-Study as well as a process for submitting and revising drafts of documents; creating a process for and tracking the status of data requests from the Steering Committee and the Working Groups; coordinating data requests with the Vice President for Budget Planning and Analysis, the Vice President for Institutional Research and Analysis, and the University Registrar; and assisting in tracking overall progress of the Self-Study. The Accreditation Self-Study Project Manager position is a term-limited position through the end of the Self-Study process in September 2024.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Creating a document repository for the Self-Study as well as a process for submitting and revising drafts of documents; creating a process for and tracking the status of data requests from the Steering Committee and the Working Groups; coordinating data requests with the Vice President for Budget Planning and Analysis, the Vice President for Institutional Research and Analysis, and the University Registrar; and assisting in tracking overall progress of the Self-Study.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience are required. Excellent high-level systems thinking, technological, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with attention to detail. Ability to take the initiative, to track many moving parts, and to prioritize under limited supervision required. Prior experience in University related setting a plus but not required.

This is a 3 year term position.
